Singaporeans aged 40 years and above can register for this screening for the below assessments: Body Mass Index (BMI) / Waist Circumference / Blood Pressure / Fasting Lipids / Fasting Blood Glucose

Only applicable for: • Singaporeans aged 40 years and above • Participants have never been screened for chronic diseases for the last 3 years • Nil existing chronic diseases (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes)
To Note: - Participants must fast at least 8 hours prior to the health screening. Only plain water is allowed. - Participants must not have existing chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension and/or high cholesterol) or been screened for chronic disease in the last 3 years. - Please bring your NRIC on the day of screening. - Only applicable to Singaporeans aged 40 years and above. - Limited to first 200 registrations.
