Hillion$ Rewards is a loyalty programme that rewards members with Hillion$ when they make purchases in Hillion Mall.

When a member’s purchases are validated using the device at participating stores, Hillion$ will be issued and stored in the member’s wallet. These Hillion$ can subsequently be exchanged for e-vouchers and/or Carpark$

For new members, it is free to download the Hillion$ Rewards app and become a Hillion$ member to enjoy perks and rewards. 

For existing Hillion$ members, you can continue to use the same account by performing an one-time verification to activate your account with the registered mobile number. Once your account is successfully verified, your registered profile and all unexpired and unused rewards will automatically be transferred to the new Hillion$ Rewards app.

You may use ‘Forgot Password’ feature at the log in screen. Key in your registered email address and follow the instructions on screen to reset your password. If you do not have an email, please approach Level 2, Concierge where we will verify your identity of the account.

There will be an one-time verification process when you login to the Hillion$ app for the first time.

There are no major changes between both Hillion$ apps. You can continue to use the Hillion$ app just like how you always do, the new Hillion$ Rewards app is now refreshed with more perks and rewards.

Your registered profile and all unexpired and unused rewards in your e-wallet will automatically be transferred to the new Hillion$ Rewards app once you have completed the one-time verification process.

It is open to all shoppers aged 18 years and above at the time of application, residing in Singapore and with a verified Singapore mobile number.

Hillion$ membership is entirely free, there are no fees involved to download the Hillion$ Rewards App and becoming a Hillion$ member.

There are 2 Hillion$ membership types – Hillion$ Basic and Hillion$ Gold. 

To enjoy Hillion$ Gold membership, you are required to spend a minimum of $5,000 or more over accumulative 12 months. For Hillion$ Gold members who wish to continue enjoying Hillion$ Gold membership perks after the 12-month period, simply spend another $5,000 to qualify.

Hillion$ Basic membership does not expire; however, your Hillion$, Carpark$ and redeemed rewards have a validity period.

Hillion$ members can redeem for e-vouchers, Carpark$ and other rewards using their Hillion$ in the app. 

E-vouchers are valid for 12 months upon redemption and can be used at participating retailers in Hillion Mall.

Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, your membership will be valid as long as the programme is in operation. Hillion$ Basic membership does not expire.

For Hillion$ Gold members, your Hillion$ membership status will be renewed or downgraded based on your total spend in the 12 months within a calendar year.

To be eligible to earn Hillion$ for a Qualifying Purchase, each purchase must be made by you personally at a Participating Retailer’s store and must amount to a minimum of $10.00 nett for non-supermarket purchases or $30.00 nett for supermarket purchases in a single receipt.

1. Inform the staff at participating retailers that you are Hillion$ app member and wish to earn points.
2. Present your membership QR code to be scanned 
3. Once payment is made, the Hillion$ will be awarded to your account immediately.
4. Non-participating tenants: Raffles Medical/Raffles Dental, Thomson Paediatric Centre, Money Charger, PCF Sparkletots, MyRepublic, KCuts, and Clippers Barbers

Hillion$ earned from 1 July to 31 December will expire by 30 June in the following year

Hillion$ accumulated is non-exchangeable for cash or in kind. You may only use it to redeem e-vouchers, Carpark$ or other available rewards in the Hillion$ Rewards app.

Maximum of 1,000 Hillion$ can be earned per day, regardless of the number of receipts submitted and total amount spent.

You can convert your Hillion$ to Carpark$ via the app

The Carpark$ are only for Hillion$ members who have their vehicle number and IU number registered in the account. 

Each member can register up to 2 cars per Hillion$ member’s account but only one IU will be active at any one point in time. 

Member must ensure that the vehicle and active IU number have been entered correctly before you redeem Carpark$. Once Carpark$ are redeemed (even if incorrect vehicle and/or IU number is registered) the Carpark$ are non-refundable and non-extendable.

Convert your points to Carpark$ via the Hillion$ mobile app at least 30 minutes before leaving the mall. The redeemed Carpark$ will be deducted upon exit; there is no need to remove your cash card.

Before exiting the carpark, you need to have unutilised and unexpired Carpark$ (Hillion$ converted to Carpark$) in your Hillion$ app “Wallet”. Upon exiting, your available Carpark$ would automatically be deducted first. Balance parking charges, if any, will be deducted from your cashcard.

Redeemed Carpark$ stored in your wallet is non-refundable.
